Dear Mr. Ambassador,
Latest Indian Press reports (copy enclosed) from New Delhi speak of a demand by the “kidnappers” of the Romanian diplomat for the release of two Sikh Freedom Fighters Harjinder Singh Jinda, Sukhdev Singh Sukha. The two Sikh freedom fighters, now considered “Living Martyrs” (Zindah Shaheeds ) by the Sikh nation, were sentenced to death by an Indian court for the execution of a Fascist Brahmin, one General A.S. Vaidya, who commanded the brutal Indian army operation which desecrated the Sikhs holiest shrine the Durbar Sahib (Golden Temple) in Amritsar in 1984 which also resulted in the gruesome murder of thousands of innocent pilgrims (men women and children) praying there.
The illiterate Sergeants running the “Dirty Ticks division of R.A.W (India’s top intelligence Agency), which m our opinion has organized the Romanian Diplomats kidnapping in New Delhi, have let the cat out of the bag and shown their lack of knowledge of the monotheistic Sikh religion, by demanding the release of Bhai Jinda and Bhai Sukha who had announced their noble intention (of supreme sacrifice) in an open letter to the Indian President a year ago which letter incidentally was published on August 17,1990 in the World Sikh News and even in a number of other Indian newspapers like the Indian Express and The Tribune, Chandigarh.
The Indian Brahmin ruling elite, which runs India with its umpteen castes, a million Gods, Brahmin terror and a pathetic fear of death, cannot understand the institution of Martyrdom (“Shahadat”) practiced by Sikhs as person with any knowledge of the Sikh religion will tell you that any Sikh who impedes or advises a martyr against his announced course of supreme sacrifice is committing a terrible sin.
The “two page hand-written letter in Gurmukhi” supposed to have been received by the Indian govt, according to the attached press report, is therefore a forgery, Had the Romanian diplomats kidnapping been organized by Sikh Freedom Fighters they would have demanded the release of any number of their colleagues thou- sands of whom are rotting in Indian jails without trial. They would never ask for the lives of Living Martyrs (“”Zindah Shaheeds™) who want to depart this earth, with honor, in the service of the one true God. The Hindu R.A.W. operatives, who have arranged the Romanian diplomats kidnaping, also forgot that just as the Sikhs never touch a religious institution they never harm or kidnap a foreign guest. It is one of the things that is just not done as it is against their religious teachings1 has never been done, It is obvious to any knowledgeable observer that the Indian Govt is faced with a real dilemma with regard to the two Sikh heroes who have refused to appeal for clemency. If I hangs them, as the Law requires its action will for sure spark a full scale Sikh revolt. If it does not looks weak and foolish. Why ne exchanges them for a kidnapped “diplomat and then have then assassinated?
