MELBOURNE (UNI): Anti-India propaganda in Punjab has become a regular feature of the only Punjabi language radio program in Australia broad east every week from Melbourne.

The program broadcast on Radio 3 ZZZ is run by so-called volunteers and financed by the government-funded Public Broadcasting Corporation.

The news part of the program in its presentation of the situation in Punjab seeks to focus on alleged atrocities on Sikhs and project the militants killed in police encounters as “martyrs.”

Incidents in which militants kill innocent people are not broadcast There are also digs at the Punjab police chief.
