NEW DELHI: Dr. Baldev Prakash a senior leader of B.J.P. died of heart attack here on Nov.17. He was later cremated at Amritsar Dr. Prakash was a strong critic of Sikh militant movement. But he had once opposed the construction of S.Y.L. in Punjab.
