DELWARE: A special congregation of Members of GNSS of Delaware Valley as held at above gurdwara to pay homage to all those who gave up their lives for Sikhism and freedom of Khalistan.
Two great speakers addressed the congregation.
First Dr. Sukhjit Kaur Gill spoke on violation of human right in Punjab. She encouraged all Sikhs to stand up for their rights and that Sikh religion advocates democracy secularism, and equality of all human beings and sexes.
She clarified that discussion of protection and demand of your rights in Gurdwaras is not against the principles of Sikhism.
Currently in Punjab, people have no rights whatsoever. There is no mention of Sikhism in Indian Constitution. Atrocities are increasing day by day, and innocent people have no right to justice or protection against police who commit worst kind of violation of minimal basic human rights,
It is important to note that according to Sikhism to do injustice is a sin, but to endure injustice without protest is even bigger sin.
The bodies of freedom fighters who are killed in fake encounters are not returned to the guardians and relatives and friends are denied the access to attend funeral or condolence meetings.
Second speaker Gurmit Singh Aulakh said: We must fight for freedom, educate our people, fight disinformation against Sikhs.
Govt. of India has a huge lobby and spends a large amount of money on dis informing U.S. govt. and U.S. politicians.
We must dispel the misinformation given by Indian Govt. against the Sikhs, We must bring the truth to the people all over the world and especially Americans about the worst violations of human rights and torturing innocent people and raping of women who have done nothing wrong.
Sikhs must fight their rights or they will face extinction.
