NEW DELHI: The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI), known for its dithering in the Bofors scandal, has written a letter to the Swiss authorities, asking for all connected papers but it has a clumsy insinuation that they have been leaking documents to the media prematurely and thus hampering investigation.
