CHANDIGARH: The Panthic Committee (Dr.Sohan Singh) has come out against extortions.
Ina statement received here, the Panthic Committee made it clear that it did not believe in extortions to mobilize funds for the ongoing struggle. Anyone receiving threatening letters for extortion on its behalf or on behalf of their militant organizations associated with it should immediately contact the leaders of these organizations. In case direct contact was not possible, help should be sought through newspaper columns. The statement said strict action would be taken against those resorting to extortions,
The Committee, has also warned those who have sought government jobs by threatening officials or who issue threats to the officials in the names of the militant organizations to get their work done.
