TORONTO: A Tamil refugee said that passersby stood watching while two ‘racist’ men stabbed him with broken beer bottles. In the last two weeks, it is the third attack on Tamils. Approximately 75,000 Tamils live in the metro area and most of them are refugees who fled their country after a war broke between Tamils and Similes, Ganeshamarthy Vigenswaramarthy received numerous Stitches for gashes in his head, shoulder, stomach, back and arm. Tamil Eelam and several other groups are planning to arrange protest rallies in Toronto.
