EL CENTRO: David Dhillon, El Centro Mayor reports that he has accepted and is honored to be the keynote speaker al the graduation of Imperial Valley College on May 29, 1993.
He told us, “It is a great return for me since I was a student from 197981, and served as A.S. President from 198081.
I will share with the audience of 5000 (students, faculty and family members), my political experiences, and the virtues of strong family ties, 1 will also emphasize my personal values, ethnic background and Sikh culture. I hope my speech will have a lasting impact to those in the audience, and will serve as a guide to the graduates,” he said.
