The members discussed that the achievements of Sikhs for independence is discouraging, Educated Sikhs abroad and in India have formed units which have not united the cause or movement.
Individual Sikhs have become independent and not for the cause, some members blame the Indian Government. Other members said a cause must be forceful to unite Sikhs. It means Sikhs have not sat together to fix their format, Sikhs. Abroad must meet at a place to discuss format to match their Strength. Guerilla attempts will lead nowhere.
A movement must be democratically supported. Self-styled leadership is achieving no results and is pleasing individuals and putting hollow slogans of threats, Sikhs must support one elected body and united demands, Sikhs are never defeated and shall not lose.
