YUBA CITY,CA: Sikh Sangats of Yuba City Live Oak and Bay area gathered in Gurdwara Bogh d, Yuba City to pay their tribute to the two brave generals of Bhindranwale Tiger Force of Khalistan. Bhai Rachpal Singh Chandran and Bhai Jagdish Singh Disha.
After the completion of Akhand Path of Siri Guru Granth Sahib ji which began on June 18 in their memory, a Diwan was held in which various speakers paid glowing tributes to the sacrifices made by these two brave sons of the Khalsa Panth and thousands of other martyrs of Khalistan.
Dr-Amarjit Singh spokesperson Panthak Committee in his very touching speech highlighted the salient features of the two generals lives who have further glorified the struggle for Khalistan by sacrifice. He appealed to Sikh Sangat to follow in the footsteps of great martyrs by their total dedication to the cause.
Bibi Amandeep Kaur of Berkeley University emphasized the need for Sikh women to join the struggle. She quoted from the Amnesty International report to bring home her point that Khalistan is the only solution to all the problems facing the Sikhs in India, She concluded with the comment that Sikh Students Federation under the President ship of Bhai Daljit Singh and guidance of Panthak Committee will work with full dedication for realizing the goal of Khalsa Panth Khalistan,
Bhai Gurjant Singh Gen. Secy. SSF Fresno State University in a very inspiring speech appealed for total commitment to the cause of Khalistan in the face of total war declared by govt. of India on the Sikhs. He expressed full confidence on behalf of his organization in the Panthak committee and Khalistan Affairs Center, and vowed to work with full dedication for the cause of Khalistan.
Bhai Bhejan Singh Bhinder of Sikh Youth of America paid glowing tributes to Bh. Rachpal Singh Chandren, Bh, Jagdish Singh Disha and all the martyrs of Khalistan. He expressed sadness that many Sikhs are indifferent to the present struggle. He on behalf of Sikh Youth of America expressed full confidence in the leadership of Panthak Committee and lauded the efforts of S.S.F. members in American Universities who are working towards the Sikh goal-Khalistan.
A young Sikh boy Bhangani Balwinder Singh brought tears to everybody’s eyes by his heart moving speech, He spoke in a beautiful American accent and gave the message that Khalistan is not far off. He contributed all the money which was offered to him to the Shaheedi fund.
Bhai Tejinder Singh of Sikh Youth of America thanked by Sangat for their participation in the Shahidi Samagam. Bhai Satvinder Singh John worked hard to organize this Samagam. Guru Ka Langar was served in the end of the Samagam.
