SELMACA: On Sunday June 141992ashaheedishamagam was celebrated which was held in the memory of Chief Gen. B.T.F.K. shaheed Bhai Raspal Singh Shandra Lt. Gen. B.T.F.K. shaheed Bhai Jagdish Singh Disha Bhai Harminder Singh Lala (K.C.F. Panjwar) Bhai Ranjit S.Bittu alias Sam Sundar Sharma (K-C:FPanjwar). Akhand path which started on Friday. Was conducted on Sunday June 14. After the Bhog kirtan was recited by Hazuri Ragi Bhai amarjit Singh followed by kirtan led by the local children. Many Sikh Student Federation and other speakers. Were present to pay homage to the brave soldiers of the Khalsa Panth. Bhai Gurjant Singh (Gen. Sec. S.S.F. Fresno) started the Diwan with a poem for the Shaheeds. Other speakers were Bibi Amandeep Kaur Bibi Kimpreet Kaur and Bhai Jaspal Singh from S.S.F. Berkeley Bhai Parminder Singh (Public Relations S.S.F. Fresno) Bhai Harminder Singh Samana (Sikh Youth of America) Bhai Kulwant Singh Gill (Sec. Gurdwara Sahib of Bakersfield) and Bhai Tara S.Bal of Selma and the closing statements by Bhai Parminder S.Sanghera (President S.S.F Fresno) All of the speakers expressed the sorrow of losing these brave soldiers and asked the Sadh Sangat to join the fight for Khalistan and stay away from Nam-dhari so called Sant’s such as Radha Swami Nirankarias Dhodharas Nanak Sarians and come under the command of Sahib Shir Guru Granth Sahib.
Two Bhujangis Kaka Beljinder Singh and Kaka Gurjinder Singh also gave touching speeches on the current situation Khalsa Panth. The Sikh Students Federation repeated their belief in Bhai Daljit Singhs convener ship and they appreciate his efforts to unite all of the Federations and fight united to achieve the goal of Khalistan.
