His Excellency President Mojadedi

Islamic Republic of Afghanistan Kabul

Respected President,

Assalam-O-Alaikum Greetings from the United States

Please accept the congratulations of the Kashmiri and Sikh communities of North America on your well-deserved victory after nearly a decade of sacrifice. The agreement announced recently to hold elections in Afghanistan augurs well for the future of your great country. We are over-joyed that you have decided for peace which will bring prosperity to the country of Afghanistan.

The Kashmiris and Sikhs living in North America and Europe numbering over one million rejoice at the victory of the great Afghan people over an atheistic enemy. We admire your courage tenacity and technical ability to wage a patriotic war against a ruthless colonizer armed with the latest weapons of war. May Allah shower his blessings on you and bring peace and prosperity to the brave people of Afghanistan.

Like the Afghans we Kashmiris and Sikhs believe in one Allah. We are also fighting to free ourselves from the yoke of a ruthless enemy who has occupied our homelands Kashmir and Punjab Khalistan Our Indian enemy like your defeated foe does not believe in One Allah and is as ruthless as the Soviet invader Inshallah we too inspired by your epic victory will eventually prevail over our enemy and send him scurrying across the Jumna River with his tail between his legs.

We expatriate Kashmiris and Sikhs are ready to help in the reconstruction and rehabilitation of brotherly Afghanistan just as we are sure every Afghan is ready and willing to provide technical aid to our oppressed people in Kashmir and Punjab. Khalistan is suffering under the heels of a fascist “Castrocracy” where a cow has more rights than a Kashmiri or a Sikh or a Christian.

May Allah bless you and bring peace and prosperity to Afghanistan and may be given to the Kashmiris and the Sikhs the wisdom to learn from their experienced Afghan brothers the techniques of defeating a well-equipped idol worshiping enemy.
