SUNNYVALE: Ajit Singh Chattha and Mrs. Swam Chattha were guests of honor at a silver anniversary celebration at 550 Remington Community Hall Sunnyvale CA.
A program in the decorated hall was attended by 150 family members and close friends and proceeded a dinner in the packed hall.
Arranging the event were honorees doer teed Dr Sahiba Singh Virk Bill (Baldev) Sekhon and their spouses.
Daring the program Bill Sekhon spoke of some of the wonderful experiences of their everlasting Jong friendship. Some more close speakers blessed the marriage.
Most exciting movement was when Ajit Swam and their sons (Jaswinder Jassy) Rajvinder (Raj) embraced each other on the stage and pledged to stay together for their natural lives.
There was a cake ceremony and guests saw the slides of the couples 25 years together.
Ajit S. Chattha native of village Bhalowal of District Amritsar Punjab (India) came to US in 1959 and graduated in Electrical Eng. from San Jose State University. Ajit and Swaran to married in 1967.
Ajit Chattha works for National Semi Conductor Santa Clara as director of quality Assurance.
