Honorable

I am currently detained by INS at Oakdale Louisiana I completed my BOP imprisonment on May 24, 1991 and was then transferred to INS for possible deportation. Since arrival at INS I have requested for bond to be determined on myself. So far né bond has been set contrary to the INS act of 1990.

A complete detail of the case can be obtained from my attorney Thomas P. Adams (504) 52: 3803 but the net results that an INS Judge granted a conditional bond on June 24-1991 ordering the Government to come up with some solid proofs that the accuse will be a danger to the society to else he is going to order on Jun 28.1991 to post a reasonable bond.

On June 28, 1991 the Government said they had secret evidence from a secret place/date and time. The investigation of the accused was initiated by a secret foreign Government. The Government did not provide a written outline of the evidence.

Sir tell me how am I to defend myself against something and I don’t even know what it is? What is the credibility of this informant? Give me something with which I can defend myself.

Sir you are an officer in the Government and have taken the oath of secrecy. Please check these allegations yourself. Show these to some fair unbiased persons and let them judge it.

Sir I am requesting to help my liberty and freedom is at stake. I have been denied due process of law. My constitutional rights are being violated.

I am enclosing an editorial from the New York Times daily newspaper dated June 20, 1991. This particular article addresses exactly what my cases. I need help now. Please see to it that this type of prejudice does not become a law. We are working towards an open society not towards Nazism.

Your earliest response would be very much appreciated! Thanks.
