PATIALA: Mr Parmjit Singh, the IP leader who contested the election for the Ghanoure Vidhan Sabha sea in this district, in a statement here yesterday said either the government should withdraw security for him or make arrangements for him to move about freely from one place to other.
He said he felt like being under house arrest for he could not move out from house for the past 15 days; He added that he had lacked resources to take security men with him from one place to other while going out.
