NEW DELHI: The Bharatiya Janata Party would raise the issue of Bofors, price rise and increasing menace of terrorism in the budget session of parliament beginning on Monday.

The party would demand that the government should probe the latest allegations concerning the Bofors gun deal pertaining to the late Prime Minister Rajiv Gandhi and also on the new economic Policies of the government, party sources said.

The BJP parliamentary party would be meeting under the leadership of party Stalwart LIK Advani on Monday to finalize the strategy be adopted in parliament and perform its role as the major opposition party, the sources said.

The party would demand that the government reconsider its nuclear policy in view of the recent statements by Pakistani and American Leaders that Pakistan has developed the capability of making a nuclear weapon, the Sources added.
