TORONTO: Ontario intends to purchase two photo radar machines costing S80, 000 ¢ach and install them in unmarked cars along the highways 401, 427, 27, 409, 410, 400, 403,404 and Qew. Within this hit tech machine more of the speeding drivers are stopped but the Computer operated camera will take a picture of the car with its nuclear plate and it will be mailed to the owner along with speeding ticket, Will make car owners responsible for their vehicles, because the tickets will be issued to the registered owners and not the drivers, no points will be issued to car owners and insurance office’s would not be notified.
