NEW DELHI: Akali leader Simranjit Singh Mann who sought a meeting with the visiting British prime minister through the British embassy did not even get an acknowledgement of his message. Mann said he wanted to explain to the British leader the Sikh viewpoint He alleged that the government claim that it had arrested three Sikh militants for disturbing the Republic Day rally was fake and was intended to vitiate the AngloSikh relations. He wanted the British intelligence to satisfy itself about the alleged Sikh plot in Delhi against the Republic Day function and said that the conspiracy theory had so many holes.
