WASHINGTON, DG: The turbulent times in India and the plight of minorities will be the focus of speakers at Reception and Dinner, sponsored by the World Sikh Organization, at its Secretariat Building in Washington, Jan21, 1993 at 6:30 pm.

 India’s worsening crisis and its human rights violations will be explained by a roster of speakers which includes Didar Singh Bains, International President of WSO Dr. Gurcharan Singh Dhillon, President, U.S.A. of WSO khawar zaman, Information & Community affairs, and embassy of Pakistan.
