NEW DELHI: Delhi police were forced to arrest three elite National Security Suurds on Charges of as “Saluting a senior Sikh officer, his wife and a School going son at Mahsar over Garden Colony earlier this month, According to reports received, the Naval Officer, Commander Harpreet Singh Kalra Sustained serious injuries when he Was thrown to the ground and beaten up with stein guns and Kicked with boots.

The Commando identified were Dalip Singh, Surender Singh and Kailash Chand all Hindus. A per sondressed in civies fled the place. The four men were attached to VIP Security and posted, at Palam airport.

The incident happened when after the stein gun wielding Black Cats (term applied to the Governments National Security guards) travelling in a white ambassador Carmade an obscene gesture at the Sikh and his wife travelling in their Maruti car at a red light crossing. Kalra reacted by pointing towards the men in civies whom he believed to be an officer. At this the Ambassador car speeded towards the Maruti car trying to force it to a stop.

The man Maggo first saw in the second car was the man in civilian dress, “He and these other men whom I recognized as Black Cat commandos, ran up to the Maruti car, pulled out the Sikh by his turban and hurled him to the ground. A prostrate Kalra was kicked repeatedly and hit with stein guns and pummelled. His wife and son who rushed to save him were thrown aside by the man in civilian dress. He brutally kicked and shouted to the commandos to shoot the Sikh. “I kept pleading but he hurled me aside,” said Kalra’s wife.

The colony residents were mute witnesses to the drama and only reacted when the commandos and their companion started hit out at the child and the woman. They thronged out door sand surrounded the four assaulters, who were compelled to seek shelter in their car, When the police arrived, the Black Cats were arrested and taken for medical examination, however, their fourth colleague had escaped.
