ISLAMABAD(PTI): Pakistan Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif on March 14 sent a condolence message to Prime Minister P.V.Narasimha Rao and condemned the string of bomb explosions in Bombay which has taken a heavy toll.
“I am shocked and grieved to lean about the reprehensible bomb explosion incidents resulting in loss of so many innocent lives,” Sharif said. Pakistan prime minister said all right thinking people would condemn such wanton acts of violence.
“Ton behalf of government and people of Pakistan offer my deepest sympathies and condolences,” he added.
Queen Elizabeth II of England has also expressed shock at the bomb explosions.
“I was shocked to hear of the tragic events in Bombay. Please convey me deepest sympathy to all those who have been bereaved or injured,” the Queen said in a message to president Shanker Dayal Sharma.
