NEW DELHI (PTI): Fourteen militants were among 20 people killed and 101 militants surrendered in the trouble torn northern state of Punjab since March 1.

Security forces achieved a major victory when 101 militants surrendered before the Punjab police chief K.P.S.Gillat Batala Tuesday, ‘Among those who laid down their arms were Narinder Singh, younger brother of the slain chief of Bhindranwala Tigers Force of Khalistan (BTFK) Gurbachan Singh Manochahal, chief of Khalistan armed force Harbhajan Singh Udoke, and five others .
