BOGOTA,COLOMBIA: A government audit has accused about 200 officials of involvement in a $60 million scam in which scholarship money for poor students was transferred to reelection campaigns.
The group under investigation included 120 congressmen, said auditor Jorge Garcia. He did not reveal their names.
