LANSING: Dr. Virinder Singh Grewal, the Lansing Urologist, and his wife Manjit Kaur (Meena), hosted prayer for the Chardikala of the Sikh faith on ” August 15, 1987, their home, 765 “Serwood in Williamston, Michigan.”

The Grewals have made it an annual feature to host these prayers since they came to Lansing “from India in 1966.

 Dr. Grewal is the President of Greater Lansing Urological Association P.C, and a member of the American Board of Urology.

After the prayer, Dr. Grewal gave the progress report of Sikh Chair which is being established at the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, Michigan. He indicated that $300,000.00 has been pledged by dedicated Sikhs and $1,000,0000.00 is required to be collected in the next four years.

Dedicated Sikh from local area, Wisconsin, Washington D.C, ‘West Virginia and California at tended the prayers.

Dr. Grewal appealed that all Sikhs in North America should contribute generously for this noble cause, He informed that the Contributions are fully tax deductible. Pledges, contributions or any questions should be sent to:
