Mr. Reagan: Western technology can make your country capitalistic like ours. Isn’t that against Mrs. Gandhi’s vision of a socialist India?

Mr. Gandhi: Well that is what I discussed with Gorbachev, as to why I can’t westernize and still preserve socialism?
