Sir,

While August 15 was an annual ‘occasion for the Hindu fascists to celebrate as an Independence Day it was a solemn occasion for the Sikh nation as a reminder of the grave mistake they made in tying their future with the Hindus instead of heeding the advice of the QuaidiAzam Mohammad Ali Jinnah to seek a separate homeland for themselves.

We must remind ourselves of the folly of putting our trust in the Hindus and the stooges of Indian government whose political apostle, Chanakya, had taught them to put self-interest above all moral consideration for whom the ultimate virtue lies in domination even if it involves betraying friends, plundering the weak or any other moral depravity.

We should rededicate ourselves to continue the war of liberation that has been forced upon us by the betrayals. Exploitations plundering, humiliations and atrocities we have suffered at the hands of Hindu fascists ever since they inherited power over the subcontinent.

Dear brothers and sisters, our war of liberation has entered a crucial stage. The Indian occupation forces in Khalistan have despaired of winning this war in a straight fight with us, and have embarked upon the cowardly tactics of dishonoring our women folk, killing our innocent youth and besmearing our image with false propaganda in the hope of demoralizing our freedom fighters with these tricks.

This meanness of the Indians is ‘a sure sign that they are on the verge of collapse. It is a sure sign for the freedom fighters to push still harder. It is a sure indication that the victory is not far away.

But, to keep the pressure up the freedom fighters need your blessings and support.

I also wish to remind you of your duty to counter the false propaganda being conducted by the Indian government to alienate the Sikhs in the comity of nations. I call upon you to explain to your friends and colleagues from the indigenous community the truth about the struggle for Khalistan, the betrayals and atrocities of the Indian occupation forces and the justness of the struggle being waged by your brothers and sisters inside Khalistan.

Above all, I urge you to respect the laws of your host countries. Any slip on your part could give the Indian propagandist an opportunity to provoke the Governments of your host countries to make things difficult for you.
