BATIALA: According to police Official sources Sarpanch Mehanga Singh of village Sarnpwali was shot down by some unidentified’ gunmen, The gunmen also kidnaped his son Joginder Singh.
S.S.P. Gobinder Ram asserted that police chased the gunmen for two kilometers and opened fire at the gunmen. The gunmen succeeded in escaping leaving Joginder Singh behind.
