NEW DELHI: Chinese premier Li Peng will visit India shortly and the details and dates were being worked out, external affairs minister IK Gujral told the upper house on Wednesday.
Gujral said a Chinese delegation for the joint working group meeting was coming on a three day visit to Delhi. The last meeting of the working group had created the right atmosphere, he said:
As for the bilateral relations between India and China, it had been clearly spelled out in the bilateral agreement signed between the two countries some time ago, he told Mrs, Veena Verma.
