AMRITSAR: Inderjit Singh Rattangarh the Panthic Committee member appointed at the recent Sarbat Khalsa was killed after inhuman torture by the police on April 15.
He was arrested at Talwandi Sabo and tortured after which he was killed. The police version is that he took a cyanide pill after he was arrested. This story is dismissed as fabricated by political observers.
