There were several inaccuracies in the report “Judge Raps U.S attorney” in WSN of Feb 2.
The name is Sukhminder Singh not Sukhvinder and the “confession” attributed to him should have read confession of Sukdev Singh. Also S. Sukhminder Singh and S. Ranjit Singh are held at the Metropolitan Correctional Center in New York in an extradition case and not in any immigration case.
