BOMBAY: Eleven co-accused in the bomb blasts case who were recommended by the CBI for bail along with cine star Sanjay Dutt, were last week granted bail by the TADA court judge, IN. Patel.
The judge ordered their release on their furnishing personal bonds ranging from Rs 25,000 to Rs 3 lakhs with a direction to provide one or more sureties.
Those given bail were Asif Yusuf Shaikh, Ayub Ibrahim Qureshi, ‘Shaikh Kasam Babulal, Fazul Rehman Khan, Faki. Ali Faki Ahmed, Janardhan Parshuram Gambas, Mohammed Daoud Mohammed Yasuf Khan, Mohammed Yunus Batomia, Dyed Ismail Kadri, Shakeel Shababuddin Shaikh and Abdullah Ibrahim Surti.
