Mangat expressed satisfaction at the overall security environment which he said was slowly improving throughout the state. He exhorted the police to step up legal action against criminals apart from conducting raids.
He assured that adequate security will be provided to educational institutions in the state against the threats of the militants in regard to wearing of specified uniforms.
