New Delhi, Reuter: Eight boys were electrocuted in a South Indian village as they tried to retrieve a coconut which fell down a well, the Press Trust of India (PTI) news agency reported.
The agency said one boy touched a wire of the well’s electric pump and his friends were killed ‘one by one as they followed him.
Police said the bodies had been recovered from the well in Modagudala Palya village northwest of Bangalore.
