AGARTALA (PTD): At least four non-tribals were killed by the insurgents of the All Tripura Tribal Force (ATTF) in west Tripura district, police said.
Official sources said that the attack could be in retaliation of an incident in which a journalist, aided by his brother, pinned down to insurgents and handed them over to the police.
Tripura is a north eastern state where assembly elections are scheduled for early April.
