NEW DELHI: At least 125 of the 527 Lok Sabha seats will witness triangular and multi cornered con tests in the ensuing elections to be held later this month.
This became evident after the release of the list of 315 candidates by the National Front.
As per the figures released by the National| Front spokesman, Mr. G. Laksmanna, MP (Telugu Desam), the Left parties have fielded 135 and the BJP has set up 206 candidates.
The opposition parties have fielded 656 candidates for 527 constituencies going to the polls, leaving around 125 constituencies for tri angular and multi cornered con tests.
Efforts are still on for adjustment of seats, Mr. Lakshanna told reporters.
