With a MBA in Finance and currently in a Ph.D, finance program, Erica Bains has held positions as a Stockbroker/Financial Planner and Financial Auditor with Major USA Corporations; she was chosen as one of the top two percent of American Female executives and included in the 1990 edition of Who’s Who of Women Executives. Being part of the National Association of Female Executives, Erica is very active in promoting and networking with professional women.

Paul Bains a Finance Grudate decided to avoid those long corporate ladders instead started consentient on building a reputable full service read estates Organisation for himself. With his 3 years’ experience in Real Estate Investments Subdividing and building Custom homes he has gained valuable expertise and knowledge about current Real Estate Investment trends throughout Northern California.

The new Real Estate Company will specialize in Residential, Income Investment and Commercial properties. The two owners plan to branch out with several offices located throughout the Bay area. Their Milpitas office will recruit and train more than 40 agents this year. Some of these agents will receive management training to operate the branch office.

While Erica and Paul Bains have one of the most advanced Real Estate Company’s in the Bay area their goal is to become the largest Real Estate Franchise in Northern California. They are probably two of the most educated in the field and with their hard working nature; they will probably have no problems reaching this goal.
