NEW DELHE: Police claims to have arrested KLF activists Khalsa and Sharma allegedly involved in the abduction of Romanian diplomat Radu. Khalsa was picked up from Jehangirpuri and Sharma from Faridabad, according to the police. No further details have been revealed.
