PANCHKULA: Battle lines were drawn for the Kalka assembly elections as a clear Picture of candidate in the fray emerged ‘after the last date for withdrawal of nomination papers ended last week.
Trials of 18 candidates of different political parties out of 44 were left in the poll fray after 26 candidates withdrew their names.
