ISLAMABAD: Eighteen persons, arrested on different charges, were publicly flogged outside a mosque in Lahore by the Punjab Police on Friday, reports here said.
The handcuffed under trials received the lashing in front of the white mosque in Misri Shan soon after the Friday prayers under the orders of the superintendent of police, Lahore.
