CHANDIGARH: Eleven militants including Bhai Kabul Singh Lt Gen of the “Babbar Khalsa” wanted in connection with more than 100 cases were killed this week.

Kabul Singh carried a reward of Rs.10 lakh and was mostly involved in the killing of policemen. They earlier belonged to the Bhindranwale Tigers Force an Amritsar report quoting the police said.
Two other known militants of the Khalistan Liberation Army KLA Avtar Singh and Ranjit Singh were killed in an encounter near Kala Afghan a village in Batala district police said here.
